Lonestar Boat Storage Policies
Automatic Renewal of Lease / Termination of Lease - Upon expiration of the lease, unless notified otherwise, the storage unit lease will automatically renew according to the monthly rate stated in the lease. A 30 day written notice is required when vacating. If 30 day notice is not provided, an additional month will be charged.
Tenant agrees to use the premises exclusively for the storage of a boat and related personal property owned by Tenant and for no other use. Tenant understands and agrees that the use of electricity for food freezers, refrigerators and other appliances is not allowed.
LONESTAR is not responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, water, wind, hurricane or any cause whatsoever to the property of Tenant, nor is LONESTAR required to carry any insurance to cover same. Tenant, at his own expense, shall obtain his own insurance, if any, to the property stored in said premises.
LONESTAR agrees to return said security deposit to Tenant upon Tenant's vacating the premises in a clean condition subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
LONESTAR shall have the right to enter said premises at any time to inspect same, to make repairs or to enforce this lease.
Tenant, at his own expense, may provide a suitable means of locking said premises, giving a key or combination to any locking device to LONESTAR so that he or his agent may effect entry for any of the purposes enumerated above.
Overlock Policy and Late Fees – If payment is more than 30 days late, LONESTAR will place an additional lock on the stall until payment is received. A $25 fee will be charged to remove the overlock. NOTE: Rent is due in advance.
Returned Check Policy - Returned checks will incur a $30 fee. Note: Late fees will accrue until payment is made.
Subletting stall is not permitted without Lonestar’s consent.
Lonestar and Tenant agree that this lease is a binding legal obligation.
